Gamma Phi Beta is a sisterhood of dynamic, diverse, and down to earth women. We aspire to embody the highest type of womanhood and have a positive social, scholastic, and service impact in our community. Recruitment: Recruitment

Sisterhood: The sisterhood you gain as a Gamma Phi Beta member sets us apart from membership in other local clubs or organizations. It begins with the friendships formed during your collegiate years and continues to grow throughout life as your bonds deepen with the sorority and the people you meet within the sisterhood.

Campus involvement: You will have the unique opportunity to be involved in a variety of events. Tons of events to participate in, and even better, people to participate with.


Leadership development: Both collegians and alumnae further their personal growth through the development of leadership skills. Members can serve as officers, committee members, advisors, and volunteer leaders to fine-tune their talents and gain valuable experience. Additionally, training is offered through chapter educational programming, online webinars and workshops presented at Gamma Phi Beta conferences. Gain skills that will follow you as you make your journey through college and beyond.

Financial aid: Your education is the key to your future. Financial aid in the form of scholarships and fellowships is available through the Gamma Phi Beta foundation. grant-in-aid is also available for extenuating financial circumstances.

Networking: As a member of Gamma Phi Beta, you have access to effective networking tools that put you in touch with more than 200,000 sisters worldwide.

Volunteer opportunities: Within Gamma Phi Beta, there are numerous volunteer opportunities each quarter. As an alumnae member, your experience is valuable to those just starting their Gamma Phi Beta experience in college. you can apply to serve on the local, regional or even international level. Volunteering can help sharpen your career knowledge, provide experience, build your professional network and hone your written and verbal communication skills.
